This luxury, live-work-play residential complex was designed for convenience to a local college in Louisiana. The 224-unit complex features studios and one & two bedroom plans. The details to the clubhouse are contemporary and clean lined, providing a Starbucks bar and common areas for dining, work and study. The individual units offer rich hardwood flooring, quartzite countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, stainless appliances and luxurious touches of marble and refined hardware. Muted greys, blues and silver tones were used throughout the interiors as well as for the master planning for the exterior facades of the buildings. The crisp and clean design adds something new to this area of Louisiana and the clients loved the unique approach to this community development that now provides a relaxing and convenient environment for its residents.
